Syndigo PIM Connector

A connector between Syndigo PIM and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, so merchandising publishes product data into the storefront instead of keying it in twice.

Product data lives in a PIM. The storefront needs it. Without something joining the two, that gap gets filled by people copying attributes into Business Manager by hand, which is slow, error-prone, and out of date the moment either side changes.

What it does

  • The PIM stays the source of truth. Attributes, descriptions and media flow from Syndigo into the Commerce Cloud catalog rather than being maintained in two systems that quietly disagree.
  • Publishing becomes a merchandising action, not an engineering ticket. The people who own the product data are the people who put it live.
  • Staying in sync is the actual problem. Catalogs change constantly, so a connector earns its keep on the hundredth update rather than the first import.
